Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Leader or similar role in project management, and be a qualified accountant working in music finance and royalties at a senior level
Must have strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies, and proven experience in digital advertising, marketing operations, or a related field
Required: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid foundation in software development, AI technologies and ML
Required: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or agentic system development, with a focus on creating intelligent, autonomous solutions
Required: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, AI, or automation systems, with strong background on building scalable and resilient AI-powered solutions
Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, automation, or data-driven technology
Required: an understanding of royalty statements and core royalty functions, ideally in a music environment. Previous experience in a royalty accounting and distribution environment.
Required: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment, and basic knowledge of accounting principles, ideally with experience in royalty accounting.
