We Are Looking For
A highly organised and motivated intern to support our Logistics Department. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct, hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations behind artist touring and event coordination within the global electronic music industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing travel logistics for artists, including flights, accommodations, and ground transfers.
- Help prepare and update detailed tour itineraries and travel documents.
- Support with visa applications and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication with venues, promoters, and service providers.
- Maintain and update internal logistics systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Studies or prior experience in logistics, event planning, or the music business.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project trackers.
- Passion for electronic music and a strong interest in the touring world is a major plus.
Additional Details:
Work Location: Remote
Schedule: 25 hours/week (5 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
Preferred Start Date: June 10th, 2025 (flexible)
