Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns—especially on Meta—and a strong track record in performance marketing.
This role also includes light data coordination work: helping manage daily ticket counts by importing/exporting data and occasionally following up with venues to confirm numbers.
We’re open to candidates from any industry with proven experience driving results through paid media, particularly in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms
- Optimize spend to maximize ROAS and meet sales goals
- Analyze campaign performance and implement changes based on data
- Run A/B tests on creative, targeting, and messaging
- Stay current on platform updates and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep campaigns aligned with brand and sales goals
- Track and manage daily ticket counts using Airtable and third-party data platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, especially via Meta
- Experience with high-budget, performance-driven campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager and related analytics tools
- Comfort using AI tools for copy, creative, audience research, and workflow efficiency
- Willingness to wear many hats and step outside your core responsibilities — we’re a small, hands-on team
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
