Working across all genres of music, our goal is to maximise Neighbouring Rights income for our clients through our direct relationships with collection societies, detailed data through our bespoke online portal, and rapid accounting.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Repertoire Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in neighbouring rights management, publishing, distribution, intellectual property, or music licensing, who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key part of our repertoire team, you will be responsible for ingesting new repertoire for both our performer and label clients as well as ensuring repertoire is updated across our client roster.
You will work closely with various internal teams (repertoire, accounts, disputes) as well as with our client base to ensure we maintain a clean database of recorded performances and recordings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of music and recording metadata and will have meticulous attention to detail.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Catalogue Management
- Ingest and manage new and existing repertoire from clients, ensuring complete and accurate metadata is maintained.
- Monitor and update recording and rights holder information across internal and external systems.
Data Quality & Matching
- Work with the claims & repertoire team to ensure we can match / claim as many recordings as possible at collection societies
Client Servicing
- Work closely with our client base to inform them on best practices & provide support as well as being a key part of the onboarding team.
International Claims
- Coordinate with collection societies worldwide to ensure repertoire is claimed & registered correctly and efficiently across territories.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in the music industry
- 2–5 years of experience in neighbouring rights management, publishing, music licensing, distribution or a related field. Previous experience with metadata management is preferred.
Education:
- A degree in Music Business, Intellectual Property, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the music industry, particularly neighbouring rights. Familiarity with key organisations and collecting societies (e.g., PPL, SoundExchange, GVL, etc.) is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse client base
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with rights management software or databases is an advantage.
Personal Attributes:
- A proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Calm under pressure, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with international neighbouring rights systems and regulations.
- Familiarity with digital music platforms, online licensing, and global distribution systems.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
