New Community Management/Community Music is a fast-paced, rapidly growing music company representing world-class talent. We’re looking for a Marketing and Digital Strategy Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our artists’ impact through smart, strategic digital campaigns.


What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage release campaigns for albums, singles, and tours
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and social media plans
  • Manage day-to-day content calendars and posting schedules across client social media accounts
  • Track and analyze performance metrics related to social media, ticket sales, and streaming/album sales
  • Report regularly on campaign results and make data-driven recommendations

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally in music or entertainment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience growth
  • Comfortable analyzing data and creating performance reports
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for music and artist development
