TikTok – Music Promotion Manager, Label Relations (US)

Responsibilities:
  • Possess a profound familiarity with internal music promotion resources and product functions. Be responsible for onboarding customers, aiding them in understanding and becoming acquainted with promotion functions, assisting in setting up promotions, and guiding them to comprehend promotion details.
  • Strong data analysis skills and capable of analyzing the promotion methods of best practices and introducing them to customers.
  • Cultivate good customer relationships. Regularly collect customer opinions and suggestions, sort and analyze customer data. Provide timely feedback to the product team to continuously drive the optimization and upgrading of products and services, and ultimately achieve the final sales volume target.
  • Comprehend the business development direction and pain points of customers. Proceed from the customer’s perspective, participate in product design and ensure that functions meet customer demands.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to work cross functionally using it.
  • Have a strong customer experience perspective, excellent logical thinking ability, clear problem analysis and solution ideas, and be innovative.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Sensitive to data and business, good at statistical analysis and discovering excellent service cases.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to promote cross-team collaboration and have some project management ability.
